Mr. Wenjie Zhang is currently the CEO of Fosun Pharma USA, the Executive President and Co-CEO of the Innovative Medicines Division of Fosun Pharma, Chairman of the Board of Henlius, and Chairman of Fosun Kairos.
Mr. Zhang joined Henlius, a member enterprise of Fosun Pharma in March 2019 and has successively held the positions of Senior Vice President, Chief Commercial Operations Officer, Chief Strategic Officer, President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board.
Before joining Henlius, Mr. Zhang served as General Manager of Amgen China where he was leading the company’s overall efforts in expanding the business into the Chinese market. During his tenure as General Manager, Amgen China has effectively built up its commercial infrastructure, organization, and competency. He successfully launched Repatha® (evolocumab), Amgen’s first product in China. Prior to that, Mr. Zhang was the Executive Director, Marketing for Amgen Japan and Asia Pacific region, responsible for marketing and business development in China, Japan, Australia and other Asia Pacific countries and regions. Prior to Amgen, Mr. Zhang worked as Vice President, Oncology for Roche China from 2010 to 2014, where he significantly grew the Roche oncology portfolio including Avastin® (bevacizumab), Tarceva®(erlotinib) and MabThera® (rituximab) in the China market. He also led Roche China oncology franchise in pipeline planning, franchise strategy, and franchise marketing. Before then, Mr. Zhang served as the Head of Business Development at Bayer Schering Pharma, Asia Pacific Headquarters, Product Manager of US Marketing, Business Development Manager and Deputy Director of Global Marketing at Bayer Pharmaceuticals USA. In this role, he led the fastest-growing business unit within Bayer China. He also had dual responsibility as Head of the same business unit for the Asia Pacific region. He succeeded in launching multiple products in China including Nexavar®, Kogenate® and Betaferon®.
Mr. Zhang holds an MBA degree from Yale University and a B.S. degree in microbiology from Shandong University.

Jeremy Tatum serves as President of Fosun Pharma USA’s Established Medicines Business. He was initially hired as vice president of Commercial Operations and was later promoted to the Interim CEO and GM of Fosun Pharma USA. In his current role, he is responsible for all commercial operations, strategy, and development of the Established Medicines business in the U.S.
Jeremy has spent 29 years in healthcare, medical devices, and pharma (brand and generics). Jeremy’s leadership has shaped the commercial strategies and portfolios of companies like Merck, Cubist, Auromedics (a division of Aurobindo), and American Regent.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Master of Arts in Health Services Administration-Informatics from the University of Phoenix.
Outside of work, Jeremy likes to work out, travel, and build anything from motorcycles to houses.

Dr. Patel has over 15 years of business experience across healthcare investment banking, private equity, venture capital, business development and M&A. Previously, he was part of the business development team at Bayer Pharma focused on strategic partnerships and M&A. Prior to his role at Bayer Pharma, Dr. Patel was Vice President on the healthcare venture capital/growth equity team at HighCape Capital. Earlier in his career, Dr. Patel was a private equity investor at FS Investments (over $70 billion in assets under management globally) and a healthcare investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he was involved in several IPO and M&A transactions.
Dr. Patel completed his medical and clinical training at Drexel University with a focus on managing and treating patients with dry eye, corneal disorders, glaucoma and retinal conditions/diseases. He also completed his Bachelor’s degree at Brandeis University.
Outside the office, Dr. Patel enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as traveling, attending stand-up comedy shows & sporting events and exploring the diverse restaurant scene in New York City.
Updated 6.2024Tiffany Tang is the Chief Financial Officer of Fosun Pharma USA. She leads the Finance team and oversees budgeting, financial planning and analysis, corporate controllership, day-to-day financial operations, process integration and improvement, business development, capital markets, and investor relations.
Prior to joining Fosun Pharma USA, Tiffany served as Head of Financial Planning and Analysis at PharmaEssentia U.S. (TPEx: 6446), where she supported the successful launch of new products and indication expansions in the United States, contributing to the company’s revenue growth of more than 100%. Previously, she spent 14 years at AstraZeneca, advancing through four leadership roles with increasing responsibilities across the United States and China.
Tiffany holds an MBA from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Fudan University.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys traveling with her family, cooking, staying active through exercise, and spending time outdoors.
Ms. Yixuan (Carrie) Chen is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Fosun Pharma USA. Prior to joining Fosun Pharma, she served as Head of Site Operations and Human Resources for Simcere Pharmaceutical across the U.S. and EU, where she led talent acquisition, HR business partnering, and HR operations. In addition, she provided executive oversight of IT, Finance, Legal, Laboratory Operations, and Administration to ensure operational excellence and cross-functional alignment.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Chen worked at leading global human capital consulting firms, including Korn Ferry and Egon Zehnder, partnering with multinational organizations on executive search, talent assessment, leadership development, and organizational transformation initiatives.
Ms. Chen holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Guangzhou University of Finance.
